Vloom creates personalized meditation audio based on a short quiz. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: vloom@vloomstudio.com.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, your email, your answers to the quiz and the mantra you choose.
• Your order: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the confirmation, the amount and your email. We never see or store your card number.
• How the site is used: through Google Analytics, we see which pages and quiz steps are visited, your device and browser type, your approximate location (country or city) and how you found us.
• Your language setting, so we can write to you in English or Spanish.

Your quiz answers

Your answers may describe how you feel or what you are going through. We use them only to write your meditation. We do not sell them, we do not use them for advertising, and we only share them with the service providers listed below, who help us run Vloom. Vloom is a wellness product. It is not medical advice or treatment.

How we use it

• To create and deliver your audio and Spotify link.
• To send your order confirmation and delivery emails.
• To send you one reminder if you started checking out and did not finish.
• To answer your messages.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Who helps us

• Stripe: payments.
• Resend: sending our emails.
• Google: Google Sheets, where we keep order records, and Google Analytics.
• Vercel: hosting the website.

These providers process information only to provide their service to us. Some of them are based in the United States or elsewhere, so your information may be processed outside your country.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits. If you visit from the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Analytics runs without cookies and does not identify you.

How long we keep it

We keep your order and quiz answers for as long as needed to deliver your audio, give you support and meet legal or accounting duties. You can ask us to delete them at any time. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, and to stop sending you emails. Write to vloom@vloomstudio.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Children

Vloom is not meant for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
